I have been terrible about updating this blog lately and I apologize for that.  I have a big event coming up in two weeks though and I want to be the best shape I can for it so I will hopefully have some great advice/stories coming up!

  1. Dieting seems to be the hardest thing ever for me, what is the single best advice you can give pertaining to WW?

  2. What made you decide to choose running as your "main" exercise over workout videos, gyms visits, ect. and how did you begin running?

    I ask this because I am a member and have want to "learn" how to run but it seems SO hard!

  3. You have mentioned that you have a "cheat" day. Do you even log those points onto WW or do you just completely throw that day out the window? (I didn't know if you were using your flex and activity points on that day.)
