Results of planning ahead

Ok girls the holidays are almost over, just New Years is left to go. Let the excused end and the weight loss start!
Earlier this month I talked about planning your exercise for the week ahead. It really worked for me. I didn't make every run I planned but I did get in 52 miles so far this month. That's 34 more mile this month because of planning ahead.

Today was way too snowy to run but I still hit the trail and got in 4 miles and some stunning photos.

  3. Been reading faithfully but not commenting much. Congrats! This post was just what I needed. Time to get back to running. I took a break after Thanksgiving and shouldn't have. I did sign up for a race in July though so no excuses now,

    (deleted my previous comment about the winter outerwear). Duh!

I just started WW about 8 weeks ago and have lost 16.8 lbs...besides whatever I managed to put on these past few weeks :( Anyways, I have a long journey ahead...about 100 more to go. But its great to see other people on this same journey. Thanks for the inspiration!

  6. I also found your blog through google (trying to look up how many points I would burn on the wii fit!) So inspirational. I, like Candice, also started WW a day or 3 ago and am doing it online, I am British but live in Germany so it is good to find an online community. Thanks Mrs. Classic (great name btw) :)
