We had one of those weekends where it was way too complicated to count points so I took a few days off. One of the best parts of WW right?

I have to say as nice as it is not to worry about points and calories it isn't as amazing as it sounds. When you are eating fast food and above how many calories your body really needs you feel gross, bloated and have so much less energy. Is it really worth it?
I know what you mean. I went camping for the labor day weekend and ate a lot of junk --i felt bloated most of the time!
