Starving today

4th day in a row counting points, it's also the first day of these that I have not run & I am STARVING. I was talking to my sister in law today I mentioned this to her, she told me that when she gets home from a run she is starving. Her husband on the other side is just like me and exercise makes him less hungry.
Are you like me or my sister in law, more hungry before or after a workout?

  1. I am the same way. I'm constantly starving, whether I work out or not. I'm going to see a nutritionist sometime soon because I hate feeling this way.

  2. I am ALWAYS hungry - not necessarily STARVING - after I workout. But, I think that it might be because I exercise before a mealtime; like before breakfast, or before dinner!

  3. hola! I am mostly a blurker but I am on day 5 and today was rough, I am starving too. I think I am more like you, exercise makes me less hungry. thanks for all your posts. I should comment more, but I just wanted to say gracias for your blog.

  4. Running screws up my eating a little. I can't eat anything before I go out and if I do it has to me something very small. Once I am done with my workout I am not hungry at all. After I did my 1st 5K, which was in the evening (I skipped dinner) I should have been starving. I kinda felt like I should eat but I wasn't hungry at all and the banana, and bread they had made me feel somewhat full. Weird hua? I think I am learning I need to be a smaller portions throughout the day kinda girl.

  5. I am always hungry after working out.. I try to drink AS MUCH water as I can...
