I can't...Running screws up my eating a little. I can't eat anything before I go out and if I do it has to me something very small. Once I am done with my workout I am not hungry at all. After I did my 1st 5K, which was in the evening (I skipped dinner) I should have been starving. I kinda felt like I should eat but I wasn't hungry at all and the banana, and bread they had made me feel somewhat full. Weird hua?
